The following document (attached at the botton of this article) is the waiver of Joshua McGehee, a deputy that shot a man in his garage. McHegee had no psychological background check because his mother is the administrative assistant for Sheriff Bradshaw. Following is the article done by Katie LaGrone of Channel 5:
